LightWorkers is a non-traditional group wellness coaching experience for educators, youth providers, and school leaders who are ready to reset, reflect, and lead with more intention. Through healing-centered conversations, restorative practices, emotional wellness tools, and culturally responsive strategies, participants are supported in strengthening their own well-being while creating safer, more connected spaces for youth. This is not your typical professional development — it is a space for adults to feel seen, restored, and equipped to bring more light into the communities they serve.
